Cannulas are disposable plastic tips through which the cleaved and stripped fiber is inserted. A fresh cannula is positioned on the end of the hand piece by friction grip for each new laser procedure and discarded after each use. They are pre-curved, flexible and formed in such a way that the fiber can be utilized at 90° for easy access in the second molar region.
