How do I register?

How do I change my e-mail address or password?
To change your account settings including email address and password, simply go to the My Account page, find the information you would like to update, and click on [Edit]. We recommend that you update your password every few months for security purposes.

How do I change my billing address? For your protection, change requests to your billing address must be submitted in writing on your company letterhead and faxed to our Finance Dept at 310-845-1516. They will then update your account and send you a confirmation.

How can I learn more about Discus Dental products?
Generally speaking, all clinicals and Material Safety Data Sheets are posted to our website. You may also be interested in some of our continuing education courses. If you have questions pertaining to the use or ingredients of a particular product, please contact us.

How can I request a sample?
A request for a sample may be made by phone through one of our sales representatives. Please speak to one of our representatives toll-free at 800-422-9448.

I didn't receive a confirmation email of my order/registration. What do I do?
From time to time, Discus emails can be blocked by your email service. First check to see if your email has been routed to your ‘bulk mail’ folder or has been marked as spam. If you find that emails from Discus are going to your trash folder or to a 'bulk mail' folder, then you will want to adjust your junk mail filter. You can also try adding ecom@discusdental.com to your trusted sender list. You may need to contact your email provider for assistance.
