Update my account information
Your account information, such as passwords and contact information may be updated at your discretion. Simply log in
and navigate to the My Account page. From there, you will see several fields that can be updated simply by clicking
on [Edit]. Some information, however, like your customer ID number will not be changeable except by Discus Dental.
For your protection, change requests to your billing address must be submitted in writing on your company letterhead and
faxed to our Finance Dept at 310-845-1516. They will then update your account and notify you when the change is complete.
View my billing statements
When you login to My Account, you will see a View Billing
Statements option. This allows you to see your last three billing statements. If you have questions about your
statements, please contact us.
Print my account statements

Statements option. This allows you to see your last three billing statements. To print your statements, click on the
Print icon at the top right.
Apply for 30 day credit terms
When shopping in the online store, you have the option of paying with Net 30 on approved credit. With 30 day credit
payment terms, payments are applied to specific invoices, which can make account reconciliation easier if you purchase
frequently. When paying on Net 30, you will receive a monthly statement with invoices attached. The balance will be due
in full 30 days after the statement date. Please note that you may view and print these statements online in My Account.
In order to be qualified for the Net 30 option, you must be approved by Discus Dental. To apply, print the following form
and fax it to 310-845-1516. You will be contacted with the status of your application within a few business days.
