Shipping rates & policies
We charge based on estimated rates for shipping within the United States. We offer the following shipping service options:
  • Ground – 1 to 5 days transit time
  • 2nd Day – Typically 2 business days transit time
  • Overnight— 1 business day

Shipping costs for orders from Discus Dental depend upon the method and option you choose. Most order shipments are mailed via DHL, with the exception of early morning delivery packages, which are typically sent via UPS. COD orders shipped via DHL cost $6.00 extra. All orders are assessed sales tax according to state. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

In the event an item is out of stock and on back order, we will notify you by email within one business day and provide you with the option of either changing, holding on backorder or canceling your order.

Returning an item
Discus offers a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on all unused and unopened products, excluding shipping and handling charges. In order to return an item, you must contact our Discus Customer Service department at (888) 427-9279, no later than 30 days from the date of the original shipment, for a return authorization.

The Discus Customer Service department will then send you a Return Authorization label (R.A.#) via U.S. Mail. Once you receive this, place the R.A. # label prominently on the shipment box, and mail the return to:

Please note that no return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number clearly displayed on the box. Discus will not accept any product that is damaged or used and no refund will be made for the initial shipping costs. Price adjustments will be made to volume discounts affected by partial order returns. No credit will be given for items returned whose return Customer Service Dept has not previously authorized. Such items may not be returned to the sender.

Reporting a problem with your order
If you believe that there was an error with your order, please contact our Customer Service department within 48 hours at (888) 427-9279.

If you believe that a product is defective, please note that authorized returns claiming product defect will be subject to inspection and testing by Discus Quality Control Department to substantiate the claim. The decision to issue credit will be solely Discus’ decision and will be based on these test results and consideration of any extenuating circumstances.

Track an order
Tracking the status of your order or shipment is easy to do online. Simply login to the My Account page and click on the order number of the order you wish to track. This will take you to the website of the shipping carrier. Enter in the reference number of your shipment, and your tracking information will be displayed.
